Join us for the 2026 Q2 Meeting - June 3, 2026 at 11:30 am
Deborah is a native of the Arkansas Delta and a proud product of the Lee County School System in Marianna. She continued her education at Arkansas State University and Webster University, building a strong foundation for a lifelong career of service and leadership.
Over the span of 32 years, Deborah held impactful leadership roles with both the Arkansas Department of Human Services and Great Rivers Educational Cooperative. Nearly half of her career was dedicated to serving as a Public School Administrative Program Advisor with the Arkansas Department of Education, where she worked to support schools, strengthen programs, and improve outcomes for students and communities across the region.
Her commitment to service continues through her involvement in the community. Deborah currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Phillips County Developmental Center and is a member of the board for the Phillips County Affiliate of the Arkansas Community Foundation. She also volunteers with the Parent/Community Engagement Committee at Barton School District, helping foster stronger connections between families and education.
Now retired, Deborah enjoys discovering new things, spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, and shopping—but her heart for service remains as strong as ever.
As our Phillips County Liaison, Deborah brings invaluable experience, leadership, and a deep understanding of the Delta. She will play a key role in connecting people, organizations, and resources—helping advance ADCC’s mission to bridge gaps in health, mental health, and community services across the Arkansas Delta.
These recommendations will highlight organizations, businesses, programs, and community resources that are personally meaningful to each liaison through their work, volunteer service, advocacy, or personal passions. While county resource pages focus specifically on organizations within that county, Liaison Recommendations will showcase the broader connections, experiences, and causes that have inspired each liaison to serve and help strengthen communities across the Arkansas Delta.
Because many of our liaisons work regionally and collaborate across multiple counties, these recommendations may include organizations and resources from throughout the Delta and beyond that have made a lasting impact on their lives and communities.
We are excited to share these stories, connections, and trusted resources soon. Please check back often as new liaison recommendations are added and updated.
