POINSETT COUNTY

Carrie Dail serves as the Arkansas Delta Community Connections (ADCC) County Liaison for Poinsett County, bringing a strong passion for recovery advocacy and community health.

Carrie has served as a Recovery Coach at ARcare for nearly three years, where she is an active member of the Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT) program. Her dedication to recovery work extends beyond her role, including collaboration with a state representative to support legislative efforts advancing Peer Support services in Arkansas.

Prior to joining ARcare, Carrie worked with Northeast Arkansas Treatment Services, where she provided MAT support as a state-recognized Counselor-in-Training. She continues to expand her impact as a Peer Support Specialist in Training through Arkansas DHS, further strengthening her ability to serve individuals and families affected by substance use.

Carrie is deeply committed to supporting recovery, promoting wellness, and helping individuals build stronger, healthier lives. Her work reflects a genuine compassion for those she serves and a desire to make a meaningful difference in her community.

Outside of her professional role, Carrie is devoted to her family. She is a proud mother of three daughters and a grandmother to five grandsons, who serve as her daily inspiration.

Through her role with ADCC, Carrie is committed to representing Poinsett County by sharing local insights, supporting recovery initiatives, and contributing to collaborative efforts that strengthen communities across the Arkansas Delta.
